How we get paid
If you proceed with a loan after a referral from this site, we may receive a referral fee from The Lending Lab. If your loan settles, the lender pays The Lending Lab a commission — that’s standard broker remuneration and it doesn’t increase your rate or fees. You never pay this site anything.

Why no lender names
Lender pricing reaches brokers under “broker use only” terms that prohibit public reproduction. Publishing named rates would breach those terms and risk the broker’s accreditations — so we publish anonymised pathway ranges with honest as-at dates, and the exact matching happens in the conversation.
